The Search for Common Ground Human Resources team has an opportunity available for a Human Resources professional with experience implementing HR Information Systems and supporting pay analysis and survey data interpretation.

The overall job responsibilities include:

  • Develops HR data integrity protocols and best practices

  • Updates and maintains global compensation program tools

  • Contributes to the development of HRIS and compensation programs

  • Partners with HR colleagues for capacity development in areas of HRIS and compensation

The job contributions include but are not limited to:

  1. Develops and monitors workflow for all processes to include and not limited to HRIS best practices to support data integrity and compensation program maintenance and protocols

  2. Follows and ensures procurement process where applicable for HR Operations initiatives and when incurring costs

  3. Supports research, budget monitoring, and tracking for compensation surveys.

  4. Participates with the building, maintenance, and monitoring of compensation program tools related to and not limited to pay scales, economic data, job descriptions

  5. Audits the updates for employee records including but not limited to status changes, tax withholdings, demographic information in the HRIS system

  6. Uses HR principles and practices, including payroll laws and employee benefits to leverage and maintain the HRIS functional attributes

  7. Participates in architectural system reviews and leads the team in project management and defining requirements and workflows.

  8. Supports employees and team colleagues when they encounter bugs or have inquiries about the system

  9. Collaborates with team members and develops HRIS best practice workflows to ensure the system is kept up to date with changes in employee information or organization rules

  10. Conducts system audits to guarantee data integrity by using employee signed letters to confirm employee information and matches with organizational policies and guidance.

  11. Generates pay reports and other requested or established reports

  12. Act as a bridge between HR and IT to address inquiries from HR staff and may also provide continuous HRIS training to users and may partner or collaborate with the IT counterpart.

  13. Infuses organizational values into all work

  10. Independently prioritizes time to reach deadlines and reaches end results of assignments with ability to accomplish multiple steps with limited to no supervision.

Requirements

The qualified candidate will have a BS/BA and six years experience with at least two years experience with HR Information systems and expert excel skills. **
