Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Comply with internal policies and procedures, confidentiality and data security procedures
- Provide excellent customer service in all communication with internal or external areas
- Run queries and reports to assist with data accuracy, identifying errors and analyze/audit information
- Provide support in the administration of HRIS user security and standard reporting
- Runs and distributes reports requested to HRIS
- Assists with various department projects as needed
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
- Assist with job aids needed for external departments for use of HRIS tools
- Create new accounts and provide access permissions
- MAY PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED**

Job Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in human resources administration or HRIS systems administration
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- ADP Vantage system knowledge preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Responsibilities
While performing the responsibilities of this position, the work environment characteristics listed below are representative of the environment the employee will encounter
- Usual office working conditions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- No physical exertion required.
- Travel within or outside of state
- Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force as frequently as needed to move objects.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with CSUSA salary and benefit policy. Length of the work year and hours of employment shall be those established by Charter Schools USA.
FLSA OVERTIME CATEGORY
Exempt
Job is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
EVALUATION
Performance will be evaluated in accordance with Charter Schools USA’s policy.
