Your Role And Responsibilities

Are you ready to revolutionize the HR experience on a global scale? The company is seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead the HR Experience Organization. In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for transforming and managing the employee experience related to HR processes, data, and technology.

  • Accountable to define and implement a comprehensive HR Digital strategy aligned with HR and Global objectives.
  • Managing a team which creates the sustainable environment for HR processes, data, and technology and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Establishing robust governance processes to deliver compliant services, ensure standardization, simplification, and optimization of data, processes, and tools.
  • Managing vendor relationships and foster effective communication and collaboration across the organization including with key senior stakeholders such as the CHRO, CIO, HRLT and Global Process Owners.

Locations are flexible for HR roles, while role holders will be expected to work/collaborate with teams in European and US EST time zones. Ultimately, the company will choose the most qualified candidate for each role.

Qualifications For The Role

To thrive and lead effectively in this critical role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience in managing global HRIS teams (minimum 10 years)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and technology user adoption
  • Strong background in vendor relationship management
  • Proficiency in data management, privacy, and security
  • Excellent team and budget management skills with experience managing large budgets
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience with Workday
