Tasks

• You support recruitment by direct searching profiles, pre-screening applicants, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
• You will source and select suitable channels for our job ads
• You will conduct research on employer branding strategies and other HR relevant topics
• You will set up templates for contract and HR documents and support contract management
• Support in the optimization of HR processes
• Take on general administrative tasks

Requirements

• Enrolled as a student in a business related studies or similar
• High-quality standards and have a structured and analytical mindset
• A real team player, show initiative, and enjoy taking on the responsibility
• You see HR more than a support function and are interested in strategic topics
• Great knowledge of Google sheets/ Microsoft excel.
• Very good written and spoken German and English
