To support our HR and CSR departments at our HQ in Switzerland, we are looking for a talented and very enthusiastic:

HR Trainee – 6 months

You will be working in close collaboration with a team of senior professionals eager to make you grow and to make you feel empowered.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Core Tasks (approx. 60%)

  • Manage the administrative aspects of employee’s life-cycle from A to Z, including onboarding & off-boarding processes
  • Monitor changes such as maternity leave, internal mobility, long-term sickness, work permits, work certificates
  • Coordinate recruitment processes
  • Provide strong recommendations and challenge existing processes/ways of doing things

Internal Communication (approx. 20%)

  • Clean, map and manage internal communication channels
  • Create impactful and engaging content aligned with our internal communication strategy
  • Provide support in drafting key messages

CSR (approx. 20%)

  • Support the roll-out of the CSR strategy and monitor progress based on KPIs
  • Remain informed about new CSR standards and developments
  • Keep stakeholders engaged and create awareness around CSR initiatives

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You are about to graduate in a relevant people-oriented field (eg. HR, Hospitality, Business) – INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT IS MANDATORY
  • You are fluent in French and in English (any other language is a +)
  • You adapt naturally to changing environments, and you show energy, curiosity and creativity
  • You easily connect to other people and functions, and you are not afraid of top management exposure
  • You are well-organized, detail-oriented
  • You have a strong command of the MS Office pack
  • You are digital native
  • You are available from September 2022 onwards for 6 months
