EPAM is looking for Middle HR specialist who is interesting in building People management strategies in our Unit that is responsible for internship and learning and development of EPAM students. It is an ambitious role, which will allow you to apply your exceptional knowledge to all the processes related to people management. Responsibilities

  • Maintain full employee lifecycle during the internship of students (Adaptation, Onboarding, 1on1s, Feedback, Recognition, etc.)
  • Communicate with the managerial team of the Unit on the regular basis
  • Act as an advisor of EPAM managers on any HR-related issues
  • Implement and support monitoring employees’ satisfaction rate within a Unit
  • Set up the regular reporting and evaluation of the key Unit KPIs within a department
  • Implement and coordinate HR strategy for a definite unit, and in case of necessity act as a driver of changes that would bring the unit to better overall results (With a support and mentoring from Senior HR colleague)
  • Formulate critical issues discovered in people management of an organizational unit/project and come up with reasonable solutions

Requirements

  • Be aware of current trends in IT industry, overall HR functioning
  • Have at least one year of HR practical experience and preferably some practical experience in design of various HR processes, their further development and efficient implementation into the company life
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Upper-Intermediate English level is a must
  • Ability to multitask and process large amounts of data
  • Have strong capacity to gain general knowledge as well as to learn the new professional tools and techniques on the most efficient level
  • Goal-oriented team player, which shows courage to speak up and challenge others even when confronted with resistance
