HR Director – Remote 1-2 days per week

HR Director 1-2 days per week, Remote role (Kenilworth, Warwickshire or London)

HR Recruit is currently recruiting an experienced HR Director for 1-2 days per week for 2-3 months (possibly longer) for our client based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire or London. The role is remote role but the candidate will need to travel occasionally to Kenilworth or London. The aim of the role is to work with the Chief Strategy Officer and the CEO to help with the current organisation and be involved in a HR transformation plan to include designing a new organisation, policy and process, help write JDs and advise us on HR risks and issues for recruitment and job role changes. You will work with and develop the senior leadership team to look at the existing structure and devise how this needs to change for the evolving organisation.

You will need to be able to start by beginning of September. In return you will receive a day rate of between £450-£550 per day. This is the rate for Ltd Company Contractors. For PAYE it is less.
