Job Description
We are looking for an HR & Payroll Systems Manager to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveler’s journey for millions of holidaymakers. This role ensures the effective management of payroll processes, HR data integrity, and system improvements.

The job in brief:
Job Title – HR & Payroll Systems Manager
Team – You will join the People System & Payroll team managing a team of 4 people. You will report to the Chief People Officer.
Level – Managerial (Accountable for managing people, setting direction, and deploying resources)
Location – Chiasso, Switzerland
Contract – Permanent (36 h/week)
Working model – hybrid
What your impact will be
HRIS Management:
-
Oversee the administration and maintenance of the HRIS.
-
Ensure data integrity, system security, and system upgrades.

Manage the integration of various HR systems and processes.
-
Develop and generate reports and dashboards to support HR and business needs.

Closely works with our application engineering & finance team for any process improvement and/or integration.
Payroll Administration:
-
Manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Coordinate & support Local HR for any payroll issues.

Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

Coordinate with Treasury and Accounting departments to ensure proper payroll funding and reporting.

Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.

Managing relationships with external vendors and payroll providers.
System Optimization:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HR and payroll systems.

Lead system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements.

Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance and efficiency
HR Administration:
-
Support HR team with employee data management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
-
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Closely work with our HRBP team for any employees’ requests and/or support
Qualifications
Your expertise
-
10+ years of experience in HRIS management and payroll administration.
-
Strong knowledge or Italian and/or Swiss employments laws (both are a strong plus)

Strong knowledge of HR and payroll systems, such as [HRI].

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in data management, reporting, and analysis.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Proven experience in people and lead management

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
