Job Title : HR Analyst ��� On boardingLocation : DubaiContract : 6 Months Extendable Job ContextCompany Policies and proceduresSound knowledge of UAE labor lawData Integrity and ConfidentialityGovernment Relations QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:Bachelor Degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Management or TechnologyCIPD or similar qualification a plus Minimum Experience2 – 3 years��� experience as HR Generalist in UAE or GCC2 – 3 years��� experience in supporting SAP HR Module or similar ERPProficiency with PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & OutlookMulti-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment, completing work tasks with speed and accuracy in a detailedwork environment.Experience in a Shared Services environment a plus.Experience with common help desk tool such as Salesforce is a plusGood Knowledge of UAE Labour Law Job-Specific Skills:Problem Solving and Trouble shooting skillsDecision Making SkillsExcellent Communication Skills (Arabic language a plus)Attention to detail Behavioral Competencies:Team PlayerCustomer FocusIndividual AccountabilityProactive / CollaborativeStress ToleranceRegardsTASCOUTSOURCING RECRUITMENT TEAM
