Job Title: HR Officer

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager

Terms: Fixed Term full time (24 months)

Hybrid – 50% office attendance, 50% remote work

Salary: Grade 3: €34,432 – €39,351

Role Purpose: This role will form part of the recruitment team and will support with the administrative functions within the team such as reference checking, background checking, interview scheduling and diary management. The HR Officer will play a key role in providing an effective and efficient recruitment service to all hiring managers and candidates. One of the initial tasks of the HR Officer will be the creation and management of a candidate experience survey.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the recruitment team with day to day recruitment administration .
  • Responsible for monitoring the recruitment inbox and ensuring all emails are followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for carrying out reference and background checking for successful candidates.
  • Support the recruitment team to set up and maintain job advertisements on relevant websites and social media & jobs boards .
  • Support the recruitment team with the scheduling of automated video interviews, virtual interviews and in-person interviews.
  • Be proactive and committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure there is a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Input into the central recruitment tracker to ensure accurate reporting of recruitment activity
  • Input into communication updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure an effective handover of recruitment files to the HR Shared Services team

Role Holder Requirements:

  • Proven experience of working in a similar type role, ideally with a Human Resources department or function
  • Working knowledge of GDPR
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • A strong team player
  • Proven ability to deliver on results and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Good command of French (oral and written)
  • CIPD membership would be of additional benefit for this role but is not a mandatory requirement
