Here at The Adecco Group we have a rare and exciting opportunity for a HR MI Analyst to join our HR function, based out of our London office. This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office and 2 from home. As HR MI Analyst you will be responsible for identifying, and presenting current trends and insights for the HR Team and/or Board and who may require HR related information.

HR experience isn’t essential for this role. If you are a grad looking to work in a professional corporate environment, or an experienced Analyst who is confident liaising with senior stakeholders then we would love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responsible for managing the data and reports for HR, identifying, and presenting current trends and insights for the HR Team, Board and who may require HR related information.
  • Work across different projects, collating, analysing, and presenting a wide variety of data.
  • Support and coordinate governance reporting for people related data inclusive of Gender Pay and Audit.
  • Improve HR procedures and processes, including review, maintenance and improvement.
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve meaningful data outputs/MI reporting ensuring full usage of the HR systems, making recommendations to the HR Management Team.
  • Produces regular dashboards, data insights and reports for the HR team including proposed actions, provides data and analysis for strategic business reviews and other ad hoc meetings or report requests.
  • Ensure data compliance across the various HR Systems in line with GDPR and audit requirements.

About you

  • An advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ideally experienced in the use of business analytical solutions (i.e. Power BI, MicroStrategy)
  • Communicate confidently, clearly, concisely and exhibit strong listening skills
  • Be well organised with strong attention to detail
  • Provide a high quality level of customer service and stakeholder management
