Position Overview

Autodesk People & Places (PPL) team is looking for an HR M&A Integration Leader to support people integration across numerous deals. This role is a new addition to the PPL M&A team and will report to the Director, PPL M&A. The successful individual will help to design and execute on post-merger employee integration with a focus on the employee experience by partnering with cross functional stakeholders in Corporate Development, Business Sponsors, PPL COEs (Diversity, Culture & Belonging, HR Operations, Total Rewards) and HRBPs. Responsibilities

  • PPL M&A Integration leader post-close. Partner with HRBPs, Business Sponsor and acquired company Integration leads to form and execute on the post-close people integration plans
  • Partner with Autodesk Culture team to develop and execute on culture integration plan
  • Build repeatable approaches and tools that will enhance the employee experience and engagement of acquired employees.
  • Liase with business sponsors, M&A SMEs and HRBPs from the diligence process through Close to develop onboarding and integration plans based on the unique needs of the acquired employees and sponsoring organization
  • Actively participate in the employee communications workstream for announce, close, onboarding and integration employee communications
  • Participate in culture diligence process and advise and partner with HRBPs on the target company culture and potential culture integration hot points
  • PPL M&A workstream lead for post-close integration programs (new country entry, re-organization, Workday enhancements etc.)
  • Lead the PPL M&A integration workstream and represent PPL in IMO meetings. Update weekly dashboards and master integration plan

Qualifications

  • Strong change management capabilities having designed and led M&A integration, organizational change, transformation, or organizational design programs
  • A builder with a track record of rolling up their sleeves and building new programs and processes
  • Exceptional project management capabilities and experience leading large, cross-organizational complex projects
  • Success operating autonomously and as an influencer and relationship builder
  • 5-8 years��������� experience in at least two of the following disciplines:
    • Change Management
    • Organizational Development
    • HR Business Partner
    • Mergers & Acquisitions
    • Employee Communications
    • Culture, diversity & belonging
    • Project/Program management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a variety of audiences including senior lead and cross-border employee base.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in organization design, communications, or business
  • Hands on M&A Integration experience
  • Experience with global expansion or new country entry projects
  • Experience working cross-border in M&A or HR
