Responsibilities

Within the HR Services Team Spain, we are committed to deliver the highest quality of service to our BASF partners in Spain. Our team is growing! We are looking for a well-organized and customer-oriented HR Generalist (m/f/d) to join our team. In an open and positive working environment, we facilitate an extensive on-the-job training focused on our HR services and tools for you to become an all-round HR professional.

In particular, you will-

• Prepare and handle the monthly HR processes and maintain administrative processes in our HR systems.
• Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements concerning our HR services are met.
• Work in close cooperation with our local HR Partners in Spain as well as our internal service departments in Berlin and our technical providers for various topics (Talent, Development & Learning, Recruiting, Reporting, etc).
• Prepare regular HR Reports and KPI’s regarding various HR activities.
• Be the point of contact for several HR topics for our colleagues in Spain, acting as Digital Key user for our HR Community.
• Contribute to our quality and knowledge management by documenting all processes and relevant legal regulations in accordance with our high-quality standards.
• Collaborate in internal projects and encourage the best practice sharing amongst our European HR teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have completed your university studies.
• A first relevant working experience in HR administration (Learning, Reporting, Recruiting etc.) is an advantage.
• You have experience working with IT systems and you have solid MS Excel skills.
• You are fluent in English and Spanish, German is a plus.
• Towards customers you always present yourself in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Whilst working towards deadlines, you demonstrate very strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Moreover, you have a proactive and entrepreneurial personality and you are eager to learn several aspects of the Spanish HR administrative processes.
