About Our Client

You will report to the Head of HR and will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach and support line managers by providing tailored and value-adding solutions
  • Be the trusted advisor in all HR matters: e.g. performance management, career development, training needs, etc.
  • Support the successful execution of HR processes
  • Anticipate HR related problems and apply expert knowledge to ensure that HR practices and policies are respected in critical employee relation matters
  • Initiate, drive and collaborate in projects and initiatives to increase operational excellence and to enhance value-adding HR services
  • Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks

Job Description

  • Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks

The Successful Applicant

  • Successfully completed a university degree and/or a qualification in HR
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a HR Generalist role, ideally in the financial services sector
  • Additional relevant HR Business Partnering experience preferred
  • Broad experience as a HR Generalist including talent/performance/project and change management, recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, global mobility, employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of the Swiss employment law and practices
  • Business fluency in German and English is a must, French is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening, coaching, and facilitation) and ability to influence at all levels in the organization
  • A hands-on team-player with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize
  • A high level of proactivity, flexibility and agility of mind
