About Our Client
You will report to the Head of HR and will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage, coach and support line managers by providing tailored and value-adding solutions
- Be the trusted advisor in all HR matters: e.g. performance management, career development, training needs, etc.
- Support the successful execution of HR processes
- Anticipate HR related problems and apply expert knowledge to ensure that HR practices and policies are respected in critical employee relation matters
- Initiate, drive and collaborate in projects and initiatives to increase operational excellence and to enhance value-adding HR services
- Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks

The Successful Applicant
- Successfully completed a university degree and/or a qualification in HR
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a HR Generalist role, ideally in the financial services sector
- Additional relevant HR Business Partnering experience preferred
- Broad experience as a HR Generalist including talent/performance/project and change management, recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, global mobility, employee relations
- Strong knowledge of the Swiss employment law and practices
- Business fluency in German and English is a must, French is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening, coaching, and facilitation) and ability to influence at all levels in the organization
- A hands-on team-player with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize
- A high level of proactivity, flexibility and agility of mind
