We are looking for an HR Generalist to support throughout the entire employee lifecycle for roughly 160 employees from recruitment/ onboarding to offboarding. The person reports into the Senior HR Business Partner HQ.

Job content:

Candidate Screening and Onboarding:

  • Review and evaluate candidate profiles.
  • Schedule and organize interviews.
  • Welcome and assist candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare employment contracts and manage the onboarding process, coordinating with external providers when necessary.
  • Assist with the recruitment, onboarding and administration of international graduates.

General administrative HR Support:

  • Provide comprehensive HR support to employees, including managing absences (e.g., holidays, sickness).
  • Handle social security (Albicolac) and insurance management (e.g., UVG, KTG).
  • Prepare HR-relevant documentation (e.g. changes in contract, (interim) work certificates, etc.).

Other topics:

  • Coordinate and manage posts on the HR communication channel (Choconet).
  • Support training initiatives at the headquarters level.
  • Update L&S International policies, including the Employee Handbook, Expense Policy, and related annexes.
  • Assist with administrative and project-related tasks, both locally and globally, as needed.

Candidate Profile:

Educational Background:

  • Completed commercial training with further qualifications in HR management (e.g., HR Assistant or HR Fachausweis).

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Swiss labor and social security law.
  • Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

Professional Experience:

  • Experience in operational HR, preferably in an international environment.
  • Understanding of key HR processes and the connection between the different processes.

  • High level of flexibility and a proactive approach to contributing in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly loyal, dependable, and discrete
