Job Purpose
As a result of the structural changes to the Directorate in 2022, reference documents within the People & Culture (PAC) Department would require review to ensure that reflect the new structure.
The Framework Analyst will provide temporary support (minimum of 3 months, but with possible extension) and will be primarily be responsible for updating policies, procedures, and other reference documents within the department.
Working together with colleagues in PAC, this role will also encourage a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaborative workflow particularly in the management and maintenance of PAC documents.
RELATIONSHIPS
Internally, interacts with teams under People & Culture, other Knowledge Management officers, Assistants & IM Officers, and Heads of Units/Divisions.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update PAC reference documents using new templates and reflect the updated organisational units effective 01 July 2022.
- Ensure that all PAC guiding documents are consolidated and managed in the PAC Reference Document Library.
- Register, classify, catalogue and organizes all reference documents in the PAC Reference Document Library, following best practices in knowledge management.
- Create and maintain an inventory of PAC reference documents inclusive of metadata and links between various documents and other references.
- Support coordination and communication related to the implementation of the PAC Reference Documents framework within PAC and the KM community.
- Prepare weekly reports, status updates, minutes and other forms of documentation.
Selection Requirements
- University degree in human resources, library science, communication, or information management
- Computer proficiency (Office Suite, SharePoint, basic web content management)
- At least 1-2 years professional experience within the areas of knowledge and information management, communications, and/or Human Resources.
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)
