The Role:

The role is responsible for supporting the HR strategic direction of the Trust & Safety teams in EMEA. The role will help to develop and scale HR programs with all internal stakeholders both global to local (e.g. HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Operation Efficiency & Employee Experience, Center of Excellence and the aligned business teams).

Responsibilities:

– Supporting EMEA HRBP Lead for Trust & Safety in EMEA with strategic HR planning and execution.

– Align the regional teams with global HR initiatives, and, ensure they are fit for purpose in these markets.

– Drive and support the delivery of core Talent Management and Engagement activities (Annual Performance Review; Employee Engagement Survey; T&S onboarding).

– Identify new HR mechanisms to accelerate Leadership Development.

– Creating systems and processes which drives efficiency and clarity on expansion activities.

– Create & update dashboards for reviewing key people and organisational health indicators.

– Drive the alignment and regular relationship with local and global HR/TA teams.

– Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows to ensure improvements for all people experiences.

– Leverage insight, data, and other feedback to run future planning exercises with the HR/TA team.

Qualifications:

– BA Degree or equivalent.

– Extensive experience in HR Generalist; Business Partnering; or HR specialist roles.

– Experience in advertising, digital, commercial monetisation is a plus.

– Strong organisational skills and consultative approach.

– Excellent project management skills with experience of managing programs through a structured, data-driven approach.

– Experience in analysing data and delivering recommendations.

– Excellent verbal and written English.

– Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit.
