In this role, you will be responsible for HR administration as well as data management. Additionally, you will support daily tasks throughout the employee lifecycle and act as the main spokesperson for all company employees. What You Will Be Doing

  • Responsibility for the HR administration and data management of executives and employees located in the Headquarters
  • Support day-to-day people management activities along the employee lifecycle from employer branding to exit management
  • Support HR projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate appointments / support CHRO
  • Ensure accuracy of all HR regulations and policies
  • Act as the main contact for all employees, in close cooperation with other assistants and internal IT

What You Bring To The Job

  • HR Assistant diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
  • Mandatory knowledge of Swiss labour law and the social security system
  • Experience working in an international matrix organization
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on discretion, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing conditions
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to multitask with shifting priorities
  • En: C1 โ€“ Advanced
  • Ge: B1 โ€“ Intermediate
