HR and Payroll Assistant

Job purpose:

This is an important role to ensure salary payments for approximately 200 colleagues are accurate, timely and clarified to colleagues where applicable.

Main tasks:

  • Prepare payroll information for external fiduciary and check drafts.
  • Draft employment contracts.
  • Make payroll-related accounting entries.
  • Manage communication with CNS, Zukunftskeess etc regarding all types of leaves.
  • Record staff absences and prepare corresponding official reports.

Job specifications:

  • A skilled communicator.
  • Payroll preparation background or experience.
  • Accounting background or experience.
  • Attention to details.
  • Respect of confidentiality.
  • Proficient English
  • Understanding of official correspondence in French or German.
  • Proficient in Excel, please provide with evidence in your application.
