We want to ensure people with disabilities have opportunities to achieve the same as everyone else: a home of their own, something meaningful to do and someone to love. Our role is to provide creative and sustainable support which enables people to live active and healthy lives in their local communities, in ways that they choose. Our Core Values guide how we work and inform our decision making. As an organisation we are in a good place, we have a great team, and we are excited about our plans for the future.
We are currently looking for an exceptional individual to join us as an HR Administrator, working closely with the HR Advisors and HR Manager to provide a quality HR service.
You will have excellent administrative skills, the ability to think on your feet, work well with managing multiple priorities, be organised, have excellent attention to detail, as well as an understanding of HR processes and be passionate about pursuing a career in HR. You will be committed to providing a critical support role within the HR Team.
As the HR Administrator, you will provide efficient and accurate administration of all core employment processes, provide administrative support to the HR Team, be the main point of contact in the HR team for colleagues, manage a central HR email account and phone line, and responding to queries in an efficient and supportive way. You will be the main support for the recruitment and onboarding process for hiring managers across the Organisation. You will lead on administrative projects and support the HR Advisors and HR Manager with more complex HR workstreams. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in generalist HR and have the chance to take part in a wide range of HR projects.
When you work for us you will enjoy the following benefits:
