I am currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to work with a client based in Moorgate. The post-holder must be able to work from Moorgate 2-3 times per week minimum, with the rest from home, although this may vary over time depending on work requirements.

The successful candidate will be required to process all new starters, movers and leavers ensuring all compliance is completed to a high standard, and in line with internal SLA.

The candidate will be working closely with the Payroll Manager and act as the main HR contact for any queries, ensuring payroll information is submitted accurately and inline with set deadlines.

There will also be a requirement to administer reward and benefits including pay review, bonus processes and the renewal of the annual health and dental care schemes. This will also include the holiday buying and selling scheme.

The candidate will need to respond to routine queries including answering all emails, in the HR inboxes, any face-to-face queries e.g. absence, benefits, Etc, and escalate where necessary.

The successful candidate will be required to attend the office to onboard candidates usually this would be a Monday. There is flexibility around the working days. In the future there may be a possibility of an increased presence in the office depending on workload.
