Nomoko is a Swiss tech startup unlocking the potential of industry through the power of Digital Twins. We’re building an ecosystem for data suppliers, data users, developers, partners and businesses across every industry to access spatial data, and build and use spatial solutions using Digital Twins.

To keep the HR processes and services for our team up and running during the maternity leave of our HR manager, we’re looking for an experienced.

Contract: limited for now until January 2023 – immediate availability preferred

Pensum: 40-60% possible (preferably covering as many days of the week as possible)

Workplace: Zurich, Home and remote office with the agreement with the team

Tasks

  • As the first point of contact for our team members and managers, you support in case of HR- and employment-related questions
  • You own, oversee, and execute administrative tasks, such as payrolls, insurance updates, tax-at-source reviews, contract creation, employee benefits distribution in collaboration with the entire operations team, as well as our helpful partners and advisors
  • By organizing, distributing and analyzing surveys related to onboarding and probation experience, employee satisfaction and performance, you monitor employee well-being, career planning and contribute significantly to a smooth employee experience at Nomoko

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international team in Switzerland
  • Recent, up-to-date knowledge about the Swiss employment regulations, social security and pension system, as well as good understanding of the immigration regulations in relation to employment
  • Excellent language skills in German and English; French and Spanish would be a big plus
  • Great organizational skills, structured and professional “can-do” approach to challenges
  • Interest in digitization and optimization, as well as very good stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, self-service attitude, respect for deadlines as well as service-oriented attitudes towards other team members
