Come join our dynamic HR team! We are currently seeking a talented HR Administration Professional to join us on a 12-month temporary contract with the potential for conversion to a permanent position.

The HR Administration professional will be responsible for the following tasks:

Lifecycle processes including employee entries, changes, leaves, transfers, and exits

Accidents, sickness, and child allowances registrations and reports

Handling communications with Swiss authorities such as migration office, tax at source office, “Ausgleichskasse”, brokers, and insurances

Conducting new hire and leaver orientation with employees

Ensuring compliance with Swiss labor laws and regulations

Proactively optimizing tasks, processes, policies, and procedures Collaborating with other HR functions and regions and working on assigned projects Managing and responding to employee inquiries and requests through the newly introduced ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolution of HR-related issues Assisting with the preparation of payroll deliverables, ensuring accurate input of employee data, and resolving any discrepancies related to payroll data

What we expect

2-3 years of relevant HR experience in the Swiss market Fluent in German and English Good analytical and communications skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Proactive and independently able to handle sensitive information Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Experience in optimizing HR processes and procedures Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and Swiss administrative systems
