Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Operation Manager, They will assist in the human resources administrative tasks, including recruitment and orientation, personnel files, time attendance management, processing employee data, and updating organization policies.

Major Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the organization’s first point of contact on employee lifecycle matters, including but not limited to recruitment, new hire setup and orientation, benefits, payroll, onboarding, leaves of absence, status changes, and separations.
  • Develop, review, and interpret HR policies and procedures, including amendments where necessary in line with labor laws and good HR practices.
  • Assist and support managers with the performance management and review process and coach managers in HR matters such as giving feedback, counseling staff, etc.
  • Prepare and maintain organizational charts and job descriptions, identifying succession strategies and planning workforce needs.
  • Provide a framework for career development within the organization.
  • Prepare contracts for new staff, introduce the Staff Code of Conduct, and ensure they are fully signed.
  • Be the focal point for all internal and external Complaints other than staff issues.
  • Undertake any other related assignment as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Education

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • At least four years of relevant work experience in office administration, human resources, or a related field preferred.

Language:

  • Arabic is a must.
  • English.

  • Strong relationship-building, diplomacy, and networking skills; effectively building internal and external relationships.
  • Demonstrated success working and communicating effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and proven ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to use the internet and other digital tools for data entry, research, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
  • A can-do attitude, a desire, and the initiative to produce results that require hard work and motivation to achieve beyond what is expected.
  • Understanding of confidentiality as it relates to HR activities.

Work Environment:

  • Online-based work environment combined with some travel.
