Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll help to deliver functions of all scales, from official lunches and receptions to state occasions.

You’ll also oversee the guest experience at these official functions, making sure everything runs smoothly.

But it’s the extensive back-of-house preparation that ensures success. The basics must always be right. That’s why we take pride in our specialist skills training so that your presentation and delivery will always be spot-on.

Teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. And so although the learning curve will be steep, we’ll be with you every step of the way. What’s more, after initial training, you’ll be supported to achieve an accredited hospitality qualification too.

And although your main workplace will be Buckingham Palace, you’ll also travel to other Royal residences throughout the year. Each experience will be different, providing a variety of opportunities to really grow your skills and confidence. And by working with supportive colleagues, you’ll quickly become a valued part of the team.
