FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (1 year) for Video Production
Project name: Hiring a service provider for Video Production
Procurement Type: Procurement of Services
The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) Turkey Delegation intends to hire a service provider for video production from reputable service providers that are legally registered and established with extensive experience of providing such services. The interested service providers are invited to submit their bids in English language to participate in the tender.
GOODS AND SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS
Goal 1: Produce a series of informative/educational animations to support refugee populations in Turkey (mainly those receiving support through the ESSN)
Objectives
- To answer common questions among refugees currently benefitting from the ESSN programme about how to maintain their profile and services with TRC
- Empower families who benefit from ESSN on where and how they can go to make a complaint, provide feedback, or identify rumors
- To build understanding among refugees who have recently been removed from the programme on why this is the case
Audiences
- Those receiving ESSN assistance in Turkey (Syrian, Afghans, Iraqi, Somali, etc.)
- Prospective community applying to the ESSN in Turkey
Goal 2: Produce fictional animations that help promote our work and the stories and voices of refugees
Objectives
- Increase empathy among EU and Turkish citizens for refugees through first-hand stories voices from refugees
- Raise awareness among EU and Turkish audiences about our impact as IFRC and TRC in Turkey
Audiences
- Turkish and European audiences/general public
