Third Party Monitoring Service

Project name: Hiring a service provider for Third-Party Monitoring

Procurement Type: Procurement of Services

The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) Turkey Delegation intends to hire a service provider for Third party Monitoring (TPM) from reputable service providers that are legally registered and established with extensive experience of providing such services. The interested service providers are invited to submit their bids in English language to participate in the tender.

GOODS AND SERVICE DESCRIPTIONs

TPM should provide evidence-based information and data on programme implementation, namely progress and results achieved against plans, experienced bottlenecks or constraints, and quality of implemented activities.

TPM should provide information that is evidence-based, credible and useful, enabling the incorporation of conclusions and recommendations into the future decision-making processes of IFRC and the donor.

The interested service providers are requested to submit their bids for the requested TPM service. The detailed descriptions of the service and minimum requirements are defined in the Request for Proposal 2022/02/17/RFP/001
