About the role :
As a Strategy Executive you will work closely with the Head of Strategy on a range of strategic topics to support the growth of the business. You will work across multiple short and long term projects at any one time.
What you’ll do:
Complete market and competitor research
Support the Head of Strategy with the quarterly and annual OKR setting process
Support strategic projects to deliver UK growth including investor projects
Develop business cases for new initiatives
Create presentations for pitches and new initiatives
Undertake ad hoc short-term analysis to support the UK Leadership Team
Identify and conduct analysis to propose potential commercial models for new initiatives
Collaborate with the heycar Group Strategy & Business development teams
What you’ll need:
Analytical Skills: You’ll have a commercial focus with top notch data skills, using both quantitative and qualitative feedback to make decisions and identify patterns
Problem Solving Ability: You’re a natural problem solver. You have the ability to simplify a complex set of problems, synthesize a lot of information quickly, and structure the right solution
Attention to Detail: You’re highly organised, with sharp attention to detail and project management skills
Communication: You’ll be a strong communicator who can work with multiple stakeholders with a natural flair for building relationships
Inquisitive Nature: You’ll have the ability and willingness to learn quickly and get up to speed on all aspects of the business product
Drive: You’re a natural self-starter and want to play a integral part in the business’ success
1-2 years experience in either consultancy, strategy or other high-growth environment
