Ambassador of the Hermès Maison, you will be in charge of offering the best service to our local and international clientele, by making our customers discover the spirit of each of our objects.

This full-time (100%) position is open in the Gstaad Hermès store, starting as soon as possible.
Principales activités
Your main responsibilities will be the following:
To ensure a role of welcoming and service to our customers in the different departments of the store
To participate in the development of sales, thanks to adapted advice and a personalised follow-up
To develop loyalty and long-lasting relations with the clientele
To participate in the store daily activites (merchandise reception and storage, visual merchandising, handling payments, after-sales service, inventories)
Profil du candidat
Previous sales experience (3 years minimum) in a high-end/luxury retail store
Sense of responsibilities, autonomy, dynamism and ethusiasm
Sales, service and product sensibilities
Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills
Team spirit
Excellent knowledge in German and English, other languages are welcome
