Hebrew-speaking Consultant, Energy Transition

We are looking for a Hebrew-speaking Consultant, Energy Transition, who can help us to continuously improve Volue’s ability to provide value to customers in line with the Volue mission. In this role, you will enable energy companies to use their resources most efficiently by utilizing Volue software solutions.

We provide a comprehensive suite of decision support tools for power production planning, optimization and trading to energy companies in 20 countries. On a daily basis, you will be working together with customers and with other Volue consultants in the Energy Consulting Teams, and there will also be close links to sales, product management and the support teams.

What you will be doing to make a difference:

• Discussing with our customers their business needs and problems and advising on best practices for processes, optimization, forecasts and energy trade
• Configuring our reporting, asset optimization, automated asset steering solutions according to the customer’s needs
• Setting-up data models in our object-oriented data management software solution for the customer work processes
• Coaching and training the users, improving their work and experience

What you need to succeed:

This role involves frequent and close customer contact regarding software solutions, which you will configure yourself. In that, you will focus on customers in Israel, but also be involved in European customer projects.

Therefore, we are looking for communicators & explorers, who know their way around technology and software. The following are must-haves for this position:

• Ability to collaborate well with customers and colleagues
• IT-competence
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, German would be an advantage
• Willingness to travel

It will also be necessary to drive and structure assignments independently, therefore self-sufficiency and commitment is required for this role.

In addition, it would be valuable if you have had experience with the following:

• Understanding of the energy business
• Software implementation projects
• Power production planning, forecasting and/or optimization

We are looking to hire for Volue office in Aachen or Cologne but will be ready to consider other locations for the right candidate.
