Health Visiting – Administration Assistant

The Early Help 0 – 19 Service have an exciting administrative opportunity within their Health Visiting team.

Our administrators play a key role in supporting our Health Visiting teams; helping us to provide a consistently good service to the people of East Sussex. The role is varied and requires the ability to multi task. You will be able to organise your own workload to meet the demands of a reactive and busy environment.

  • 1 x Full Time position – Hailsham & Seaford Health Visiting

Strong MS Office skills will be key to your success, as will good data inputting skills. Experience with our in house system, Systmone, would ideal but not essential as training will be provided.

You should be flexible and self motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Confidentiality must be maintained at all times and being a good communicator is also key.

The post is an ideal opportunity for someone with a good level of organisational, administrative and data entry skills to become part of our friendly Health Visiting Teams.
