Head of Visual Merchandising Europe (f/m/d) (100%)
The purpose of the Head of Visual Merchandising Europe is to lead, develop and deliver a commercially viable visual merchandising strategy, direction and guidelines to the local markets, retail stores and wholesale accounts to drive sell out and Brand equity.
Your Responsibilities:
- Upgrading the market Visual Merchandising execution in both wholesale and retail in order to deliver on the Marketing and Brand strategies
- Improving Triumph brand perception and consumer shopping experience across all Visual Merchandising key touch points in stores
- Providing executable seasonal Visual Merchandising guidelines, directives and showroom guidelines in all channels
- Developing a Visual Merchandising reporting process that shows up to date executions and KPI data for retail and wholesale
- Partnering with the wholesale sales team to create visual strategies for key accounts based upon actual assortment plans
- Partnering with the product team to ensure collections are developed that support the in store Visual Merchandising strategy
- Driving the local and global training process to ensure best in class Visual Merchandising practices
- Partnering with the store design team on fixture development, as well as with the Head of Store Design, Retail Marketing and Visual Merchandising to deliver against the set KPIs
- Developing a world class Visual Merchandising team and structure, set highly professionally enthusiastic team benchmarks to ensure Global Brand ID values, standards and targets within the markets are set
- Establishing a collaborative leadership style which applies the corporate values of trust, integrity and honesty to influence target result driven ways of working within the Visual Merchandising Team
Your Ideal Profile:
- You have minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role with focus on Visual Merchandising experience in a regional organization
- You have a good understanding of visual merchandising techniques, creative process both in retail and wholesale environments
- You are Fluent in English, spoken and written, knowledge of the German language is a plus
- You possess good business acumen with financial skills and have previous experience budgeting process
- You possess strong influencing and relationship-building skills and ability to establish credibility as a trusted advisor to the business
- You are competent in the use of digital tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- You are experienced and enjoy managing a team and setting KPI’s
