Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as Head of WPB, GPB and Discretionary Distribution, UK
Role Purpose
This role is a leadership role to manage the overall relationship between Asset management and WPB, GPB UK, including management of UK internal wholesale sales team, UK discretionary investment specialist team. Role will report directly into Head Northern Europe, Middle East.
Key responsibilities:-
- Managing & developing key internal relationships with WPB & GPB, maintaining and growing assets
- Ability to build and execute strategic business plans to support growth
- Ambitions (Sustainable and non-Sustainable investment solutions)
- Retain and grow WPB, GPB UK AUD
- Deliver to annual net sales plans WPB, GPB UK
- Develop and maintain Asset Management proposition to WPB, GPB UK
- Deliver to annual net sales plan (discretionary solutions)
- Develop and maintain AMEU discretionary proposition for internal distribution
Requirements
- Strong experience on creation/delivery of strategic planning and execution on plans
- Proven Relationship Management skills and experience
- Leader in managing sales teams and goal, objective setting
- Proven and progressive asset management and wealth management experience in the UK Market
