Für unseren Standort in Niederlenz, wenige Gehminuten ab Bahnhof Lenzburg, suchen wir eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Head of Quality Management.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Fachliche, personelle und disziplinarische Führen der Abteilungen Quality Management sowie fachliche Führung und Betreuung der kaufmännischen Lernenden in der Abteilung
• Sicherung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
• Entwicklung, Einführung und Aufrechterhaltung des QM-Systems
• Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von internen und externen Audits
• Planung und Durchführung von Kundeninspektionen
• Erstellung der Qualitätsdokumentation
• Erstellung, Prüfung, Freigabe und Pflege der QM-Systemdokumentation
• Bewertung, Analyse und Berichterstellung von Qualitätsdaten
• Durchführung von internen Schulungen über das Qualitätssystem und internen Audittechniken
• Mitwirkung bei CE Risikoanalysen für Produkte, System- und kundenspezifische Projekte

Ihr Profil:

• Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion im Bereich Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, idealerweise mit Führungs- und Managementerfahrung
• Höhere Ausbildung im Engineering (FH/HF/Uni), idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Qualitäts- / Prozessmanagement
• Kenntnisse der gängigen Standards, Normen und Richtlinien wie ISO 9001:2015, CE (Maschinenrichtlinie)
• Erfahrung im Bereich ATEX sowie der Branchen Lebensmittel und Pharma von grossem Vorteil
• Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit verhandlungssicheren Sprachkenntnissen in Deutsch und Englisch
• Erfahrung in einer international tätigen Unternehmung mit globalem Fokus
• Unternehmerisches Denken und proaktives Handeln (Eigeninitiative)
• Durchsetzungsvermögen und kompetentes Auftreten
