The Head of Production ensures that the brand vision comes to life creatively to meet the business objectives.Responsibilities: Manage all production logistics across various shoots ensuring, these are within the allocated budget and timeline. Inclusive of but not limited to; seasonal campaigns, location shoots, studio shoots, video shoots as well as still life shootsWork closely with the Creative Director to help support the creative vision and help bring to life the briefs provided by stakeholdersResearch and generating original stories leadsDevelop proactive formats that can be pitched to mainstream broadcasters for social, linear, and streaming platformsInterpret and respond to briefs with key cultural insightsDevelop treatments that translate ideas to clients and collaboratorsConceive and pitch inspiring branded film campaigns that translate client goals into compelling contentOversee and work collaboratively to deliver projects from ideation to completionKey Competencies/Skills:In-depth knowledge of Shoot ProductionDemonstrated experience in a relevant field 7-10 years (film production, TV, in-house, agency, media, publishing, editorial)Willing to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends when requiredOutstanding people skillsHigh levels of the organization with brilliant multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects at once
