Responsibilities

• Management and development of the “Process Validation Microbiology” departments
• Review and implementation of corporate goals
• Monitoring of the department’s budget and for individual optimization projects
• Close cooperation with relevant departments
• Development of an international strategy for the group
• Follow global developments in the field of cycle development and microbiological qualification
• Taking over discussions with customers or authorities during escalation processes
• Cooperation with the microbiological laboratory of SKAN AG

Hardskills

• University or technical college degree
• Several years of professional and management experience
• Technical understanding in chemical or microbiological process
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• English business fluent
