Responsibilities
- Management and development of the “Process Validation Microbiology” departments
- Review and implementation of corporate goals
- Monitoring of the department’s budget and for individual optimization projects
- Close cooperation with relevant departments
- Development of an international strategy for the group
- Follow global developments in the field of cycle development and microbiological qualification
- Taking over discussions with customers or authorities during escalation processes
- Cooperation with the microbiological laboratory of SKAN AG
Hardskills
- University or technical college degree
- Several years of professional and management experience
- Technical understanding in chemical or microbiological process
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- English business fluent
