About The Role
To provide a high-quality administrative service to a complex portfolio of client structures with timeliness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Administering a diverse portfolio of trust and company accounts and ensuring they adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Liaising with clients, professional advisers, intermediaries and outsourced client administration teams as required to
- Ensure that new client business is thoroughly reviewed, to be aware of exposure risk and to ensure that clients’ requirements are well understood.
- Maintain close relationships with and sound knowledge of the needs of all ‘clients’ (this includes the UBOs of entities, settlors and beneficiaries as appropriate). This is achieved through maintaining regular contact with relevant parties.
- Ensure reports to clients are accurate and provided in a timely manner. These include unaudited financial statements and portfolio reports for entities, trusts and foundations.
- Ensure that appropriate agreements, contracts and fee arrangements are in place with clients and relevant entities and control debtors to the level determined by management
- Have a good understanding of TMF Group products and services and implement policies and procedures as set out in the relevant procedures manuals and risk policies.
- Liaise with external trust administration teams and ensure adequate oversight of trust transactions completed by these teams.
- Develop client and intermediary relations including seeking opportunities for cross-selling TMF products and services
- Assist with management and regulatory reporting for trust and company portfolio
- Meet productivity targets and input daily timesheets.
- Act as a signatory of the Company
ABOUT YOUR PROFILE
- Membership of STEP or ACIB.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in trust administration.
- Proven knowledge of Cayman Islands Trust and Company Laws.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and ideally have experience with the ViewPoint system.
- Detail oriented with the ability to work closely with a small team.
