Main Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and facilitate the next stage of planning, project management and MEAL as Brooke enters year one of its new Strategic period following a period of significant change in the transition year 21-22. We are looking for a senior professional with skills across change management, integrated planning and budgeting, project management and MEAL (organisational performance) to join our dedicated Strategy and Performance team at an exciting time as Brooke is about to launch its new 2025 Strategy. Working closely with the Director and learning from the transition year, the aim is to continue to embed the new processes around planning, project management and MEAL across the organisation.

Skills and Experience required

You will need to have strong background in Planning, Project Management and MEAL (organisational performance) and will have led organisational planning, project management and MEAL processes. We need someone who is an experienced change manager, who can hit the ground running and build on, improve and further embed the, planning and MEAL processes underway, as well as inspiring collaborative ways of working and acting as a critical friend to other directorates. You will manage the Planning and Project Management and MEAL teams and build capacity where needed. In order to excel in this post you will need experience and understanding of overseas contexts and you will possess excellent communications and relationship building skills.
