Head of People & Culture (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Head of People & Culture (f/m/d) in Berlin with great enthusiasm and a lot of joy in approaching people. You will lead and develop the People & Culture team and accompany the entire DCI on its way to strong growth with great social impact.

• You will lead our entire People & Culture team consisting of People Operations, People Development, People Experience and Talent Acquisition
• You will build and develop the right structures for rapid growth from 200 to 400 employees
• Through strong internal and external employer branding, you and the team will make the DCI an even more attractive employer
• As a contact person for the entire HR team, you are always up to date on all people issues, know the needs of your team and help build the team further
• You develop your team with passion
• You work closely with the management and are responsible for strategic people and culture issues

Your Skills

• You have 5+ years of professional experience in the HR field
• You are an empathetic manager with several years of leadership experience
• You have already built up and structured HR departments in your career
• You are characterised by a healthy degree of decisiveness and assertiveness
• You like to use your analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
• You have successfully completed your studies or vocational training
• You communicate fluently in English (C1) and German (native level)
