Here’s where you come in:

As the Head of Monitoring and Evaluation, Global Fund HIV/TB Project, you will lead the establishment and maintenance of an effective reporting, monitoring & evaluation (M&E), accountability and learning system, of the HIV/Tuberculosis Program as well as for Covid 19 Response Mechanism (C19RM). Ensure that the HIV/TB program complies with all Global Fund reporting requirements for performance monitoring and evaluation. Ensure the Monitoring and Evaluation unit staff performance is well monitored and capacity building plan is in place for staff.

Requirements include:

• Must have 4 to 7 years of progressive relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation in the public health sector, epidemiological literacy and surveillance.
• 5 years of progressive relevant experience in program management.
• Experience developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks for public health programs (designing questionnaires, conducting surveys/research).
• Strong experience in writing high-level Impact oriented reports.
• The position requires the ability and willingness to travel throughout Haiti and internationally up to 20% of the time.
