Education – Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering and having First Class Mines Manager Certificate (Restricted for Opencast Metal Mines) under Metalliferous Mines Regulation 1961 issued from Directorate General of Mines safety.

Having 12 Years experience in Mechanised Opencast Mines
And additional 5 year experience for dealing land revenue matter with adequate knowledge of land measurement.
To plan and manage mining operation to achieve targeted limestone production required for cement manufacturing at AMSA Unit with optimum cost and all statutory compliances and Land acquisition, settlement of land issues, arrangement and preparation of revenue record for legal revenue cases under litigation in Mines & Ropeway to ensure smooth working in mines
Planning and preparing Mines annual budget and working out different comparative options to optimise limestone operating cost
Listing of all major and minor activities involved in mining operation
Rate calculation and preparation of scope of work for all outsource activities
Work out different comparative options to select best option for operation in mines with minimum cost
Review and prepare quarterly Forecast
Implementation of various laws related with mines of all Govt Departments
Performing duties and responsibilities Mines Manager (Statutory Position) under the Mines Act 1952 to avoid violation from Directorate of Mines Safety, Indian Bureau of Mines, Labour Dep’t, Pollution Control Dep’t, Explosive Dep’t and other Govt dep’t in Mines for uninterrupted working in Mines
Implementation of various laws related with mines of all Govt Departments
Taking care for compliances of all statutory statutory Rules and regulation
Taking care of submission of all statutory returns to Explosive Dep’t, DGMS, IBM, DMO,
Labour, Welfare and Cess Commissioner and DMG
Taking care to maintain all statutory records and register under DGMS, Explosive and other Govt authorities
Making arrangement for celebration of MMSW and MEMC week
Mines lease and own land related:
Compay all leagal requirements related to ines and Forest dept
Protection of own land & lease land areas in Mines and Ropeway
Arranging and preparing all documents for licence renewal of licences under Explosive Act and Petroleum Act
Preparation of application on desired format
Arrangement and preparation all supporting documents like NOC,Plan, DD of desired amount and other papers.
Liaisoning with concerned Govt official for NOC and processing of our licences application
Prepared and implementing Mines Closure Plan – Mines to surrender our Mining lease
Updating of land use pattern of total Mining lease area
Selection of lands for different activities like plantation site, reclamation, water reservoir etc of Mines closure plan (MCP)
Preparation of scope of work for different outsource activities of MCP
Making arrangement for execution of Jobs related with MCP
Implementing CSR activity approved for near by villages of Mining area with regular follow-up of our HR dep’t, outsource agency and local influential people to maintain harmonious relation with locals
Selection of suitable site/location as per our requirement to construct/built/fitted the approved utility
Consulting local influencing people to avoid any dispute during and after construction
Arranging suitable agency to do the job
