We’re Anthony Nolan and we save the lives of people with blood cancer who need a stem cell transplant.

We’re unique. Thanks to the incredible donors on our register, our pioneering research and our passionate fundraisers, we give the chance of life to three people a day.

But we won’t stop there. We want to be there for everyone who needs a transplant; from finding a match, through every step of a patient’s transplant journey. And together we can reach the remarkable day when we can save the lives of everyone with blood cancer.

And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for a Head of Inclusion, Diversity & Involvement to join our Strategy division.

Title: Head of Inclusion, Diversity & Involvement

Salary: £50,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, full time

Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: Hybrid between head office in Hampstead London and home

As a senior leader in Anthony Nolan, working as part of the Strategy Division, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the charity to identify and harness opportunities to achieve our goals for inclusion, diversity and involvement.

You’ll get involved in all aspects of our lifesaving work, including the development of our donor register; the execution of our research strategy; the design and provision of services for patients, and influencing policy and practice to ensure all patients get the treatment and care they need.

You’ll also work hand-in-hand with our People team, making sure we embrace different talents, experiences and ideas so that every member of our lifesaving team feels valued, has the opportunity to flourish and realises their potential.
