As the Head of Organisational Effectiveness & HR Digital Transformation, you will play a fundamental role in driving the strategic initiatives related to optimizing organisational efficiency and spearheading digital transformation. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the organisation to implement innovative solutions that enhance employee experience, streamline processes, and drive overall business performance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Works with Global HR Team and business leaders on the design and implementation of improved operating models and organisational structures.
• Leads the HR transformation process ensuring an effective operational model to serve multiple business units.
• Drives the Digital Innovation of the HR processes, including the scouting and implementation of a global HRIS.
• Implements KPI’S and best practices for Organisational Effectiveness.
• Builds data-driven decision-making and business analytics culture, helping the business to find the right indicators (KPIs) to support strategic directions.
• Works with business and functional leaders to assess business/function specific organisation design projects and processes to enhance both capabilities and effectiveness.
• Together with the corporate HR Team, leads and supports organisational development and designs projects that improve people processes, structures, measures, and accountabilities.
• Ensures quality execution through a hands-on approach to the design and delivery of organisational projects.
• Ensures global HR policies are up-to-date and in line with processes.
• Maintains the consistency and integrity of the Job Roles within the business through effective systems and processes for Job Analysis, Job Descriptions & Evaluation, Organisational Structural Design and organisational change.
• Leads the development and execution of HR technology and transformation strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
• BA/MA Human Resources (or equivalent knowledge gained throughout the career).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic HR organisational roles, with a focus on organisational design, change management, and talent analytics.
• Proven track record of leading complex organisational change initiatives and transformation projects in a global context.
• Previous experience in implementing at least one major HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, ServiceNow).
• Strong understanding of HR compliance requirements and experience navigating legal complexities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organisation.
• Flexibility and ability to work in fast moving and multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English.
