Head of HR

Our client is an international company based in the “Jura Bernois”

The head of HR will d evelop and implement global HR strategy at group scale, in a matrix organisation.This includes:

• Manage and lead the Swiss and international HR teams and activities,
• Coach Senior Managers in all HR matters in CH and abroad
• Support organizational transformation by leading change management processes
• Create and optimize HR processes/tools/practices, in line with the Group HR strategy and policies
• Improve career development in order to retain the best talents.
• You have +10 years experience as a HR Leader in an international environment.
• You hold a University Degree in HR ideally (coud also be psychology, social sciences, law etc.)
• You are used to working with local HRs in different countries, from different cultures.
• French is your mother tongue, your English is fluent.
• You have excellent communication skills, you adapt to different type of personalities and cultures very easily.
