Are you an experienced finance manager who would be interested in using your finance skills to lead the financial management of the fundraising division for one of the UK’s biggest charities?

How you’ll make a difference…

You’ll be playing a key role material influence over the way the organisation will secure the funds in order to carry out its work. As a senior finance manager, you’ll lead on management reporting, planning, analysis and finance business partnering to the Fundraising team, and primary contact point for the Chief Support Officer.

What you’ll be doin g…

– Deliver and improve the directorate financial planning and analysis processes (budgeting, forecasting and reporting), to analyse and interpret the results and to provide independent challenge and oversight, thereby improving accuracy, insight, accountability and ultimately improved financial performance

– Act as trusted sounding board for the Chief Supporter Officer and their senior team providing an appropriate balance of challenge and support on strategic and operational issues

– Provide insightful financial management information that drives better decision making at the directorate and corporate level

– Develop and improve the financial planning and analysis outputs, whilst driving efficiencies in process delivery.

What we are looking for…

– Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience

– Leading and developing a highly skilled professional team to consistently achieve high performance

– Managing and delivering change, specifically enhancing financial budgeting and forecasting processes

– Charity experience, preferably in a business partnering capacity
