Our client is a global financial services firm and as part of their worldwide growth, we are recruiting a senior level data driven digital marketing and social media manager to join their UAE operations.

The role will be accountable for the organization’s omni channel digital marketing strategy for all English-speaking countries.

The successful candidate will be a senior level native English speaking digital marketer who has built and grown brands with a strong track record of developing, implementing and executing multinational integrated digital marketing strategies encompassing customer lifecycle management to accelerate market share and revenue growth.

Candidates with experience of global digital, social and performance marketing in financial services, SaaS technology, financial services or ecommerce will have a strong advantage.

Role Summary

• Define, develop digital and social media marketing, performance marketing, community management, SEO, PPC, display media strategies and roadmaps and manage the execution and campaign analysis across different geographies to increase brand awareness and revenue.
• Develop data driven dashboards based on customer segmentation and engagement, and reports that drive business decisions and growth.
• Manage compelling copywriting, campaign traffic optimization, analysis and reporting, A/B testing.
• Design and deliver effective go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns including content development, channel strategy, optimization and measurement.
• Manage agency and media partners.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 10 – 15 year’s mid to senior level data driven digital marketing experience managing multimillion dollar budgets to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition and retention through paid channels.
• Deep understanding of regional B2B and B2C CLM including customer journeys (customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention ) and performance marketing.
• Demonstrable working knowledge of DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Google Analytics and performance metrics.
• Strong people management skills with proven capabilities in recruiting, engaging and retaining high performance employees.
• Strategic leadership skills with the ability to drive change and achieve quantifiable revenue growth results.
• Commercial and financial acumen – P&L responsibility.

Candidate Profile

• Currently living in the Gulf – preference will be given to candidates living in the UAE.
• Fluent in English – candidates must be native English speakers.
• Customer centric, entrepreneurial and creative approach with the gravitas to influence at senior level and collaborate cross functionally.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
