Could you lead CRM strategy and implementation for an International Veterinary Group?

VetPartners is a large and growing family of veterinary practices, with more than 7000 colleagues working in our Small Animal, Farm and Equine practices in the UK, having been joined by clinics in further European countries.

We’re keen to welcome a person who will take customer relationships to new heights – delivering greater engagement, loyalty and, ultimately, improved pet health.

Applying experience built in a similar role, leading CRM for a large organisation, you will have the opportunity to define, develop and deliver the VetPartners’ CRM strategy for pet parents across all digital platforms; maximising engagement, loyalty, and optimising spend on effective treatment.

The Challenge:

  • Own and manage the development and deployment of the CRM strategy through our CRM platform
  • Foster a culture of innovation, test and learn resulting in ongoing optimisation of all activity and an optimal customer CRM experience
  • Work directly with the Senior Management team, to ensure the CRM strategy matches business strategy
  • Work with other key stakeholders around the business to ensure that new systems continue to safeguard customer data (e.g., GDPR)
  • Define measurable KPIs and regularly review campaigns against these and VetPartners strategic objectives i.e., to increase the take up of healthcare plans, vaccinations and parasiticides
  • Work with the digital insights team to continually evolve audience segmentation modelling, campaign performance and reporting gaining a true understanding of customer cohorts, their behaviour, and how best to maximise engagement
  • Develop and take full ownership of in-life contact journeys for multi-channel retention, growth, and re-activation lifecycle campaigns
  • Keep up to date with new technologies including AI and propose recommendations for further enhancements to our CRM activity
  • Identify and deliver opportunities to cleanse customer data capturing preferences and managing comms in line with customer expectations
  • Keep up to date with CRM innovation to continually improve customer engagement.

About You:

Ideally you would have a CRM qualification, or a degree in business, digital or another relevant subject.

You will certainly have demonstrable experience in working on CRM strategy and systems.

Location:

Flexible/hybrid working options, with regular travel to our York Central Support Office.
