Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
- Being the team lead for Crew Managers and Crew
- Responsible for planning staff and freelancer deployment together with the Crew Managers and Project Manager.
- Oversee and ensure appropriately qualified staff is available at the right time for our projects.
- Effective communication between Crew Managers, Project Managers and Crew.
- Oversee all tasks associated with personnel booking is completed in an efficient and timely manner.
