Salary: £42,000.00 to £50,500.00 dependent on your location, skills, knowledge and experience (Salary outside of London up to £44,700. Inside London up to £50,500)

Are you ready to lead our ambitious and dynamic retail and consumer partnerships team as Head of Corporate Partnerships?

We’re looking for an inspiring, creative, and results-focused leader to help us innovate and evolve our enviable portfolio of partnerships. The breadth of our work and impact has enabled us to build a wide range of partnerships with some of UK Plc’s best-loved brands including M&S, Apple, TJX Europe, Boots, L’Oréal Paris, Tesco, Disney, Watches of Switzerland Group, and many more.

Your influence will extend beyond simply raising funds – as a brilliant relationship manager and role model you’ll create a ripple effect of positive change by working collaboratively with colleagues across The Trust to connect young people to major employers and help drive our brand health and outreach to young people through the consumer brands we work with.

You’ll lead a passionate and ambitious team, and work alongside the sector’s top professional fundraisers in a high contribution / high support culture.

You’re the ideal candidate if you possess substantial experience in corporate partnerships or client management, backed by a proven track record of strategic thinking, navigating ambiguity, and leading others to get things done.
